Prior to cofounding Everest Ventures Group, Jerome was the Principal of T-Capital and worked in the Investment Banking Division of HSBC and UBS. In addition, Jerome advises his family’s real estate and art business in Greater China. Jerome holds a B.A. in International Politics and minor in Psychology in Peking University.

Ruby led the Product Strategy in Guru Online, Focus Media backed agency in China with 300 social media specialists. She was also an Associate Director of Glo Media, representing New York Times in China, as well as the APAC Corporate Marketing Manager of Equinix (Nasdaq: EQIX). In her early career, Ruby was a senior specialist in a prestigious PR firm in HK, where she managed the PR for multiple renowned politicians, families and tycoons in HK. Ruby holds a BA, Communications, CityU HK.

Holly is the expert of payment system, scalability and high concurrency architecture design. He was a Senior Architecture at Yeahmobi with 3+ years of experience in blockchain. Prior to that, he was the Senior Developer at Alipay and Alibaba, where he led the development of payment settlement and security architecture. Holly holds a M.S. degree in Chinese Academy of Science.

Prior to joining Everest Ventures Group, Sean was the Project Lead in Gifto, a renowned entertainment d-app that raised $25m and traded in all major exchanges. He also led the user acquisition of Asia Innovations Group (UpLive, Super Fans, PengPeng, Orcalive) as Marketing Lead and grew the total MAUs to over 100 million across Asia. Sean is a Taiwanese and holds a B.A. in International Politics and Economy in Peking University.

Yang began his career on Wall Steet and has 10+ years of expereince in investment banking, private investments and corporate development. Prior to joining Everest Ventures Group, Yang worked on the formation of two PE-backed investment vehicles, co-GP with KKR and AllianceBernstein. He also worked at SIG as a venture capitalist covering the FinTech sector and at China Renaissance covering cross-border Tech M&A. Yang holds a BBA, Finance and Accounting, in York University.

Ethan is a quantitative finance veteran. He was the VP of Principal Trading at Block.one, the team that built the leading cryptocurrency EOS (US$3.5B market cap). He was also a Portfolio Manager at OP Investment, Macquarie Bank, and Credit Suisse, where he was responsible for automated trading system development and high frequency trading strategies. Ethan graduated with First Class Honours in Computer Science in The University of Hong Kong.

Matthew is a data-driven research veteran. Prior to joining Everest Ventures Group, Matthew served as analyst in leading cryptocurrency exchange OKEx and Standard Kepler. Matthew also served as Content Manager in Blockchain.News, building an extensive crypto insights hub in Hong Kong and sourced notable content partners such as Dow Jones Factica. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in the University of New South Wales.

Prior to joining Everest Ventures Group, Bella was the Head of Operations in GoGoChart, where she was responsible for all the supporting from staffing to accounting & finanace, fundraising and daily operations. She has helped to expand the team internationally and double the team size in Hong Kong in 2 years. Bella graduated in Mass Communication/Media Studies in University of Sunderland in United Kingdom.
